Welcome to my online portfolio!

My name's Stephanie Driscoll, and I'm a graphic designer. I’m currently

located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. I work in the design department

for a local newspaper and also work independently. Presently, I am looking

for a full-time position as a graphic designer in the Washington, D.C. area.

Experience

2010–present Designer, Jefferson Publishing Company, Inc.

I am part of the design department at the newspaper, Spirit of

Jefferson. I am primarily a layout artist but also edit photos and

ocassionaly create ads and graphics. Additionally, the publisher

selected me to help redesign the entire newspaper’s layout.

2009–2010 Principal designer, Panhandle Public Affairs, LLC

At the end of my final year at university, I joined a developing

public relations firm. I designed for the company and for clients.

2008-2009 Graphic designer, Sans Merci, creative journal

Shepherd University chose me to be the designer of the book’s

33rd volume along with publicity posters. I handled all printing.

2007-2009 Organizer & designer, The Vagina Monologues

I organized performances, lectures, and workshops, created

all promotional materials, and handled printing responsibilities.

2007-2008 Department representative, Shepherd University

I was selected to be the student representative for the art

department on the new university president’s advisory board.

2006-2009 Lab monitor, Graphic design department

Throughout college, I was a supervisor in the computer lab,

assisting other students with printers, scanners, and software.

2006-2007 Graphic designer, The Picket, Shepherd University

At this paper, I created layouts and illustrations for quick

deadlines and specific guidelines with a small team of designers.

2004-present Freelance graphic design

I work with individuals on their personal and professional needs

from wedding invitations, to corporate logos, to web development.
